Support Criminal Justice by keeping the Police National Computer running effectively.
As a PNC Phoenix Operator, you will facilitate data quality and input of information from a range of stakeholders to the PNC. As an effective problem-solver, you will resolve issues and ensure there is smooth data flow to and from the PNC database. This vacancy is for a specialist Police role, updating the Police National Computer (PNC), where accuracy and attention to detail is essential. As such, ongoing quality assurance work, and feedback regarding your work should be expected.
The position is part-time, permanent working 35.3 per week across Monday-Friday.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Processing details of persons required to be created or updated on PNC and Niche.
* Investigate PNC based on impending prosecutions.
* Receive data in relation to convictions and warrants.
The must haves
* A high standard of attention and accuracy.
* Experience managing large volumes of work with minimal supervision.
* Experience providing training to others.
