NEOS Engineering are working with a national plant hire company with depots all over the UK. They are looking for a Hire Controller to join their team in Greater Manchester.

Role Overview:
As a Hire Controller, you will be the central point of contact for customers, handling hire enquiries, processing bookings, and managing equipment logistics. You will play a key role in coordinating the availability and delivery of plant machinery while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience in a similar role within the plant hire, tool hire, or construction industry (preferred).
* Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional, friendly approach.
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in using computer systems for order processing and administration.
