V-Recruit are looking for 1 x CSCS Multi Trader with Joinery skills to start work around Sheffield, South Yorkshire on a temp to perm basis, to start as soon as possible.
Duties:
1. Working on void, occupied and fire damaged properties around the Sheffield area.
2. Completing all aspects of repair and refurb work, including but not limited to:
* Basic joinery - Boxing in of pipework etc.
* Some external works such as fencing, paving, plaster patching, painting.
* Some tiling (tiling not essential).
Pay: £20.50 per hour
Schedule: Temp to perm work available; 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Requirements:
1. CSCS card
2. Own relevant hand and power tools
3. Own PPE
4. Experience with 2nd fix joinery, fencing, basic plaster patching and painting is ideal.
