We are looking to recruit a Learning Assistant to join our team.
The ideal Learning Assistant will reinforce the excellent work of the teaching staff by supporting individuals or small groups both within and outside the classroom environment. You will be a professional role model to the students, with the confidence to challenge and the creativity to motivate.
To be successful you must:
* possess excellent communication skills
* have experience of working with young people or children
* be flexible, creative and enthusiastic about their position
Experience of working with students with autism is an advantage. You will be joining a passionate group of colleagues who strive to achieve the best outcomes for students in all aspects of their lives.
Hours: 37 hours per week, term time (39 weeks)

Our purpose-built building opened in January 2018 and provides 117 places for students aged 3–18 with a diagnosis of autism and/or severe learning difficulties.
