The Company you will be working for:
MTrec is proudly representing our reputable and highly successful client in their search to appoint a German Speaking Customer Service Administrator as soon as possible. You will be joining a company that has an excellent employee culture and levels of support, training, and motivation from a great team of managers. You must be based in Newcastle and able to work on site. We would highly recommend this role and the company to anyone with a customer service and administration experience. The role is starting asap, with full training and support provided.
The Role you will be doing:
* Delivering outstanding customer service over email and telephone.
* Providing proactive and commercial account administration.
* Maintaining an accurate customer database for business development purposes.
* Communicating effectively and liaising with other departments to solve problems or answer customer queries.
* Administering returns and processing accurate refunds.
* Monitoring online payment details to reduce the risk of fraudulent orders.
* Monitoring customer feedback and payment merchants including accuracy of online terms, case, and resolution handling.
* Booking shipping and transport using logistics providers.
* Ad hoc customer service/sales administration.
About you:
* Fluent in Spoken and Written German and English.
* You must have a customer service/administration background and be familiar with using CRM systems.
* You will be able to provide courteous and professional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
* You will be a great team player and motivated by helping solve customers' problems.
* Experience within a professional environment is preferable.
* Strong MS Office and Excel skills.
* Proficiency with systems.
* A positive and proactive attitude.
* Conscientious & hard-working.
* Able to multitask and manage workload to tight deadlines.
* Self-motivated.
* Articulate, confident, and friendly manner.
* Reliable and excellent timekeeper.
