Jade Ward is a ward for Children and Adolescents with Learning Disabilities who require treatment in hospital and a discharge plan to successfully return to a life in the community with the support and care they deserve. The ward benefits from a well established nursing and care assistant team and a full MDT as well as it's own school and teaching staff. This role is critical to our retention strategy, ensuring the ward team benefits from visible management and supervision and it enables a firm career structure for succession planning. Full time and part time applicants will be considered, though a minimum of 30 hrs is required.
