Join a leading company in the Beverage Industry during a period of exciting growth as a Trade Marketing Manager. This pivotal role bridges sales, marketing, and distribution partners, strategically executing plans to elevate UK brands and boost revenue. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to understand and address the needs of primarily on-trade customers, devising solutions that enhance brand presence and drive sales. Day-to-day of the role: Develop and execute a strategic annual brand plan. Analyse market trends and data to ensure brands are strategically placed and aligned with global planning. Develop compelling end-to-end brand campaigns ensuring timely delivery and maximum effectiveness. Build enticing brand presentations and sales materials that assist the Sales Team in securing and nurturing valuable account relationships. Create and deliver on-brand activations that leave a lasting impression within the trade to boost brand awareness and drive sales. Cultivate meaningful brand partnerships with other compatible brands, ensuring flawless execution and maximum impact. Maintain a library of assets and tool kits for the sales team, ensuring seamless campaign execution and flexibility. Attend crucial key account meetings with the Sales Team, providing strategic brand insight to support in landing and maintaining customer accounts. Manage the On-Trade marketing budget with precision. Work closely with other relevant Marketing team members to forecast POSM needed for any activation across all channels. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Sales and/or Trade Marketing. Demonstrable commercial experience in branded FMCG with a proven track record in Trade Marketing across premium products and grocery customers. Proven strategic awareness of effective brand implementation into on-trade channel. Strong multi-dimensional commercial experience, particularly in Trade Marketing, New Business, and Commercial Development. Detailed knowledge of UK FMCG, multichannel branded beverage knowledge. Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to analyse consumer purchasing habits and develop effective and progressive ways for brands to engage with them. Experience in executing successful launch campaigns of new products. Experience in working with distribution partners to help execute the overarching brand plans out in trade.
