About this opportunity… Within the Modern Workplace Service Operations team, we're looking for a Senior Technology Analyst to work in the Service Transformation Lab. The role will be in the IT@LBG Catalogue Management Squad, who are responsible for the creation and maintenance of IT@LBG and IT Change@LBG Requests as well as the associated colleague journeys using the ServiceNow toolset.
The delivery of colleague centric solutions is crucial as we're laser-focussed on providing a compelling experience for every colleague! Working within the IT@LBG Catalogue Management Feature Team, you'll help to deliver a backlog of work, taking input from investment initiatives, internal service improvements and inbound work from other Platforms. We need someone who is passionate about the colleague IT experience.
Within Modern Workplace we operate within a hybrid working pattern. This role will be a mix of on-site in Leeds or Edinburgh for a minimum of two days a week, and the rest from home.

What you’ll get involved with… Liaising with stakeholders across the group to gather requirements and deliver tangible benefits on a regular basis
Expert in IT@LBG / ServiceNow Catalogue Management
Contribute to the delivery of continual process improvements, responding to colleague & IT feedback and facilitating meetings.
Working from a product backlog to build and maintain catalogue items on IT@LBG within the ServiceNow toolset.
Mentor junior members of the team and provide support for complex issues
Assist more senior colleagues, to ensure that all work within the Service Transformation Lab is completed accurately and adheres to specified Group policies, processes and procedures and relevant external regulations, where required
Working individually and as part of a team (including cross team/functions)
Act as a role model for LBG core values and behaviours, using them to positively influence others
What you’ll need… Demonstrable ability to supply solutions for service improvement to deliver tangible benefits in the areas of colleague experience, cost, efficiency and risk.
Innovative and flexible with a strong desire to build new and improved processes and procedures
Diagnostic skills and an ability to analyse technical information from various sources, demonstrating a close attention to detail.
A comprehensive understanding of IT@LBG / ServiceNow and the ability to deal with large data sets.
Must be proactive and confident, encouraging colleagues to be enthusiastic about their role.
You’ll be able to self-manage and be able to efficiently prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines while delivering value to the Lab.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies (not essential).
Proven record of providing excellent customer service and Stakeholder management whilst using the most appropriate communication method to suit the situation.
Ability to take non-technical requirements and deliver technical solutions.
