Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Enforcement Support Officer to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and effective collection of revenue in accordance with legislation and service objectives. You will play a key part in tracing absconders and supporting our Enforcement Agents in managing various revenue income streams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Collection: Efficiently collect revenue in line with relevant legislation and service objectives.
2. Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous service to all internal and external customers, ensuring a helpful and approachable demeanour.
3. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Enforcement Agents to support the collection of diverse revenue streams.
4. Complex Query Management: Handle complex queries and complaints through various channels (correspondence, telephone, face-to-face, and electronic), ensuring timely and accurate responses. Suggest remedial actions for service delivery improvements.
5. Data Management: Upload and maintain records on the computer system, ensuring data is cleansed and accurate.
