This is an exciting opportunity to manage the end-to-end delivery of high-quality exhibition stands across the UK and Europe. About the Role As a Project Manager, you will oversee the safe and efficient planning, production, and installation of exhibition stands. Working closely with Account Managers, Designers, Production Specialists, and Stand Builders, you will ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Price up designs, prepare quotations, and manage project budgets. Plan and oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Create and manage project timelines and priorities. Prepare and complete health and safety documentation. Provide on-site project management and exhibitor support during build-up and breakdown. Liaise with third-party contractors in the UK and overseas. Maintain accurate records on CRM systems, including HubSpot and Monday.com. Review and check the accuracy of 3D designs and working drawings. Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth. Manage multiple projects with budgets ranging from £15,000 to £50,000. What We’re Looking For A minimum of three years’ experience in project managing exhibition stands from concept to completion. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to read floorplans and understand the operational aspects of exhibitions. Outstanding communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. Flexibility to travel for client meetings and events, with occasional overnight stays and weekend work. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
