Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
2. Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
3. Resolve customer issues and complaints with efficiency and empathy.
4. Maintain accurate customer records and update account information.
5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
6. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
4. Positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
