A Glasgow-based Wealth Management Firm is keen for an IFA Administrator to join their already established team. This individual needs prior experience of working in Administrative roles within Pension, Investments, or an IFA firm. While there is internal progression and opportunities to develop, the successful applicant will need to be happy to remain in this position for 12 months+ beforehand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the point of contact for various individuals, such as Clients, Providers, and internal Advisers.
* Handle administrative duties and incoming telephone calls.
* Ensure all client letters, company information, and correspondence are uploaded to Intelligent Office, named following company procedures, and allocated to the correct client.
* Produce valuation & review packs for internal advisors, demonstrating the ability to update information and liaise with clients.
* Complete aftercare such as investment withdrawals, new business submissions, and changes in client details.
* Be a point of contact for in-person meetings with clients, welcoming them and providing assistance during meetings.
