Alecto Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a highly respected Main Dealer in Chichester. We are seeking an experienced Diagnostic Technician / MOT Tester to join their professional team.
Position Overview
Location: Chichester
Hours: 40 hours per week, including 1 in 3 weekends
Salary: £34,000 - £37,000 basic
On-Target Earnings: Over £50,000This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a skilled technician to further their career within a forward-thinking dealership known for its excellent working environment and high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced diagnostics and fault-finding on a variety of vehicles.
Conduct MOT tests efficiently and in compliance with DVSA regulations.
Complete high-quality repairs and maintenance to manufacturer standards.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clear communication on technical issues.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Diagnostic Technician, with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
A valid MOT Testing Licence (Class 4 required, Class 7 desirable).
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
A positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Full UK Driving Licence.
