Job Description
This newly created role leading a team of 4 bids and tenders specialists based in Maidenhead requires an experienced Bids and Tenders Manager with experience in laboratory diagnostics within healthcare. Ideally educated to degree level, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and the full management of bids worth multi millions, developing and coordinating internal and external processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of bids and tenders specialists.
2. Identify and manage bidding opportunities.
3. Develop and coordinate internal and external processes related to bids.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience in laboratory diagnostics within healthcare.
2. Degree level education.
3. Proven track record in managing multi-million dollar bids.
