Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our vibrant and supportive team at a primary school in North Liverpool. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment, and the ability to inspire and support our young learners. Key Responsibilities: Support the class teacher in the delivery of the curriculum Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons to groups of students under the direction of the class teacher Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback to students and teachers Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and achievement Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and classroom displays Support students with special educational needs and/or disabilities Supervise students during breaks, lunchtimes, and other activities as required Undertake any other duties as directed by the class teacher or senior leadership team Essential Requirements: Relevant qualifications and experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong organisational and time management skills A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children A passion for education and a genuine interest in supporting young learners Desirable: Experience working with children with special educational needs and/or disabilities Additional qualifications or training in relevant areas Application Process: To apply, please submit a detailed CV and a covering letter outlining your experience and suitability for the role.
