This part-time post is available immediately on a permanent basis.
You will have to work an average of 13 hours a week over a 3-week shift pattern that will include a mixture of evening and weekend working.

Summary of the role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team at the University of Exeter Sports Park.
You will work as part of a team to provide an efficient, professional, and courteous front of house experience as the first point of contact for customers. Responsible for delivering high standards of customer service and maintaining the smooth running of the front of house area, a friendly yet professional demeanor is desirable.
Experience of working in a similar environment and dealing with a varied cross-section of customers is essential along with an awareness of health and safety issues.
