Job Summary:
Working for a growing family run business, you will be responsible for assisting Account Manager with the building and maintaining of long-term relationships with the company’s most important clients. Principally ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty whilst driving business growth. Playing a crucial role in fostering trust, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Department/Location: Morden, SM4 4LP
Hours of work: Your normal hours of work are 7.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. Normal hours of work may be varied to meet the needs of the Company as and when required.

Salary: £32,000 + Company Performance Related Bonus
Primary roles and responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Serving as the internal point of contact for key accounts alongside Account Managers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Providing Job Status updates and editing/sending of work reports for clients. Providing quotations for contract renewals, maintenance/repair works and new product installations.
• Revenue Growth: Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to achieve company wide revenue targets.
