Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with both Tesco's and our client's goals. Lead high-impact negotiations to deliver mutual growth in sales, volume, and profitability. Build strong, collaborative relationships across Tesco's buying, marketing, and supply chain teams. Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the ever-evolving food sector. Partner with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of category plans, NPD launches, and promotional activities. Reporting into the Commercial Director, on-site 1/2 days per week What are they looking for? Proven experience managing key retail accounts (Tesco experience is a bonus). Experience in a chilled/high-care environment Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable growth. Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
