Following an internal promotion to support maternity cover, we have an opportunity for you to join the Frontier team, based at Witham St Hughs. We are looking for a HR Advisor to join us on a fixed term basis of 12 months. We have a variety of flexible working patterns available (full time or part time job share) and the potential for hybrid working.
As a HR Advisor, you will work closely with the HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to provide guidance on HR matters, ensuring legal compliance and promoting best practice.

About You
* Experience of working within a generalist Human Resources function
* CIPD qualified or experienced to similar level
* Current and up to date knowledge of employment legislation
* Good stakeholder management experience
* Excellent communication skills and ability to influence your stakeholder network
* Strong organisation skills
* Ability to multi-task and remain detail-oriented with sound time management
* Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy are essential
* Team player who can also work independently on their own initiative
* Experience working with computer systems such as Word, Excel, email, PowerPoint, general databases
* Reliable, trustworthy, and discreet.
Your Role
* You will provide first line support to stakeholders
* Take ownership of the parental leave process and administration
* Coordinate and administrate all flexible working requests
* Support managers with interviews and recruitment processes
* Note take in formal meetings and draft employee relations letters
* Lead on absence and disciplinary meetings where appropriate and escalate complex cases as appropriate to the HR Business Partner
* Take the lead on our letter template project ensuring the review is in line with policy and current legislation changes
* Have defined areas of ownership within our employee ticketing system
* Assist with the production of monthly reporting and the administration of the Success Factors HRIS
* Work with highly confidential information in line with legal requirements, policies, and processes as a core member of the HR team.
