We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing ongoing client support, networking, building relationships, onboarding new clients and introducing new modules to our existing client base to ensure maximum usage and client satisfaction.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
The Customer Success Manager will be a key member of the Account Management Team who are the point of contact for all customers looking for support, query resolutions, and learning how to use the software effectively. The Customer Success Manager will also work closely with our Head of Sales to identify new sales opportunities.

Here are some of the skills and attributes we are looking for in a Customer Success Manager:
* Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or in a similar customer care-oriented/sales-oriented role.
* Experience within the leisure/hospitality industry, perhaps earlier on in your career.
* Experience of onboarding new clients would be perfect!
* The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments
* Exceptional ability to communicate and create positive business relationships
* Good broad technical skills
* Somone that can talk the jargon of the leisure/retail/hospitality industry
* Accountability and personal organisation are essential
* The ability to 'think outside the box' and deal with senior management
* A proactive, creative and hugely positive personality that is full of ideas and an excellent relationship builder
* Someone with brilliant people skills and considers themselves to be an 'active listener' (this is a crucial requirement)
