This role will lead the existing SDR team in UK and expand that team further to support the sales executives/account managers in Corporates Europe. The Team Leader, Sales Development Representative will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the SDR team, ensuring that team members are effectively identifying and qualifying leads, ensuring healthy pipeline build for the commercial teams and ultimately contributing to the company's revenue growth. About the Role In this opportunity as a Team Leader, Sales Development Representative you will: Lead and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives to create net new opportunities for sales pursuit, measured by qualified meetings, pipeline build and ultimately sales outcomes. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s customer base and ensure a strong presence in the Europe Corporates market, in both the Enterprise and SMB segments. Monitor and evaluate the team’s performance, providing coaching and mentorship to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align the strategy with broader company objectives. Create and maintain a high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards. Utilize Salesforce to manage team performance Provide detailed analysis to inform management decisions. - Develop training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge. Work closely with HR to recruit a high-calibre team and ensure the team is fully staffed. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure the team is on board to support marketing and sales efforts. Create SDR playbooks and campaigns to build a high volume, high value pipeline of opportunities. About You You’re a fit for the role if your background includes: Bachelor’s degree A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within a fast-paced tech or B2B environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement platforms. Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and changing environment. Knowledge of the Europe market and additional languages an advantage. Ability to work at pace and speed and have a growth mindset, to pivot as needed.
