Role Overview As a Digital Consultant within our Digital Solutions Group, you will play a pivotal role in defining and positioning our digital solutions. Your core responsibility will be to engage with clients, understand their needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver precise and scalable solutions. This role involves high engagement with prospective and existing clients, offering consultative guidance on digital transformations and driving presales initiatives to fuel our growth. Key Responsibilities Proposal and RFP Management: Lead responses to RFI/RFPs, creating tailored proposals and engaging presentations. Develop comprehensive bid plans that align with client needs and organizational objectives. Strategic Solution Design: Work closely with client stakeholders to conceptualize and articulate end-to-end digital solutions, positioning Visionet’s offerings in a compelling and differentiated manner. Client Relationship Building: Foster and sustain strategic relationships across accounts, leveraging insights into client challenges to offer visionary solutions that deliver business impact. Pipeline and Deal Management: Track and manage pipeline activities, actively owning deal progression and ensuring high conversion rates from proposals to projects. Drive accountability for achieving order booking and revenue goals. Thought Leadership and Content Creation: Develop and deliver high-quality thought leadership artefacts, including strategic POVs, industry insights, case studies, and presentations that convey Visionet’s unique value proposition. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Practices and verticals to align solution development and execution with organizational goals and ensure a smooth transition from presales to delivery. Industry Engagement: Represent Visionet at industry events, roadshows, and educational sessions, championing our solutions and cultivating brand credibility among key stakeholders. Qualifications and Experience Educational Background: MBA or equivalent advanced degree, with 6 years of demonstrated success in digital consulting or product management within the digital solutions domain. Domain Expertise: Proficiency in complex digital transformation initiatives with a solid understanding of digital solutions and technologies, including digital product strategy and lifecycle management. Consultative Selling and Solutioning: Proven track record of developing, presenting, and closing digital solutions in a presales environment. Ability to simplify complex ideas and effectively communicate value propositions to diverse client stakeholders. Strategic Relationship Management: Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, with the ability to navigate high-stakes discussions and align client goals with Visionet's offerings. Personal Attributes: Proactive, adaptable, and entrepreneurial, with an innate ability to prioritise in dynamic environments. Outstanding organisational and time management skills, complemented by a collaborative, solutions-driven attitude. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience with executive-level presentations. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous. Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel approximately 30% of the time as required.
