Job Description
As a Job Quality Assurance Consultant within our Jobs team, you’ll be joining a team of experts, taking ownership, providing bespoke advice and technical tailored solutions to support our customers in achieving real results through quality job listings.
Your role involves posting jobs on any one of our job boards, as requested by our recruiters, while adhering to a robust set of quality guidelines whilst inputting and editing data on our sites.
Secondly, your focus will be to provide expert advice based on analytical and market evidence to internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of their listings.
You will also be responsible for our Jobs Police process, ensuring that all job content on our site conforms with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion guidance.
You will assist the Sales teams and their clients to provide a consistent, reliable, and positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Posting listings to our site adhering to best practice guidelines to help customers achieve results.
2. Provide stakeholders with optimisation guidance at the point of posting around key advert areas, such as Job title, postcode, salary information, benefits, etc.
3. Support clients and internal stakeholders to ensure they receive the best response rates from our listing offerings.
4. Proactively provide statistical-based analysis regarding the performance of customers’ listings, using back office/SQL reporting to feed into support Customer Service, Customer Success, Sales, etc.
5. Troubleshoot and aim to provide a first-time resolution for any and all queries relating to job quality you discover.
