Are you a dedicated and qualified Social Worker looking to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with mental health needs? Join our Slough Adults Community Mental Health Team, where your skills and passion will play a vital role in supporting service users. This exciting position focuses on assessment, care planning, and service purchasing, all within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team.
What You'll Do
1. Manage a varied caseload, delivering high-quality social work within the framework of relevant legislation.
2. Provide expert advice, advocacy, and therapeutic interventions to clients and their carers.
3. Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the multi-disciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure excellent outcomes for service users.
4. Promote independence and wellbeing through person-centred planning and tailored support services.

About You
We're looking for a passionate professional who:
1. Is a qualified Social Worker with registration.
2. Has experience working within mental health or community teams.
3. Is committed to safeguarding vulnerable adults.
4. Demonstrates strong collaboration and advocacy skills.
