An electrical services company providing expert electrical services and advice to domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors is seeking an Office Administrator to join their small friendly team, ASAP.
Duties will include:
* Organising meetings
* Greeting office visitors
* Create documents
* Handling general office tasks
* Data inputting
* Provide support to managers and staff
* Handling confidential and time sensitive material
* Organising diaries for operatives’ day to day tasks
* Answering phones
* Organising emails
* Booking jobs with clients
What is required:
* Office based, 5 days per week
* Excellent IT skills including Excel and Microsoft
* High level of communication, and good customer service
* Previous experience managing operative’s diaries would be advantageous
* Highly organised
