Job Title: Office Administrator Location: Welwyn Garden City Contract: Temporary possibility of a permanent position Hours: Monday to Friday 9- 5 -office based Hourly rate: "14.84 - £16.48 per hour My client is currently looking for a highly organised and self-motivated Office Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to their work. Must-Have: ·Strong IT skills ·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ·Good organisational skills ·Strong time management abilities Ideal Candidate: ·Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills ·Communicates effectively with individuals at all levels ·Able to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, changing environment ·Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities ·Well-organised with a keen attention to detail ·Self-motivated with a proactive attitude Key Responsibilities: Your duties will include, but are not limited to: ·Greeting visitors, addressing their needs, and arranging refreshments ·Assisting with refreshments and catering for meetings ·Handling incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member ·Receiving, sorting, and managing incoming and outgoing post, including recorded deliveries ·Responding to phone and email inquiries in a timely manner ·Ordering stationery and ensuring the supply cupboard is stocked and organised ·Monitoring printer stock, requesting refills, and reporting faults ·Managing kitchen supplies and ensuring the area is maintained ·Managing milk accounts, utility meter readings, and maintenance for A/C units and security alarms ·Organising periodic eyesight checks for staff driving company vehicles ·Managing company and hired vehicles, including arranging road tax, MOTs, servicing, and repairs ·Ordering fuel cards and managing vehicle trackers ·Booking hotels and train tickets for staff ·Completing reference checks and compiling induction folders ·Assisting with office facilities management and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Additional Information: ·Free parking on site ·20 days annual leave plus bank holiday Thank you for your interest in this vacancy, which is being advertised by Smart10 Recruitment Group, who are acting as an employment agency / business.
