As an Account Development Manager at savi, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, working with some of leading FMCG brands to deliver innovative marketing solutions. What you'll be doing
* Driving revenue | You'll be responsible for generating new business and exceeding sales targets within your assigned portfolio of top FMCG clients
* Building relationships | Develop strong and lasting relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for savi's solutions
* Strategic account management | You'll create and execute detailed account plans, identifying opportunities to expand our business
* Staying ahead of the curve | Monitor industry trends, attend relevant events, and contribute to savi's go-to-market strategy
* Collaborate well with others | Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver exceptional results.
Who you are
* You have at least 5 years of experience in a sales role, ideally with some exposure to the MarTech/SaaS industry
* You possess a solid understanding of the FMCG landscape and the challenges faced by brands in this sector
* You have a natural ability to connect with people and build rapport creating long-term impact
* You are driven, ambitious, and have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
* You can identify opportunities, develop account plans, and execute strategies to achieve growth
* You can effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels

* An ability to stay positive and motivated in the face of setbacks
* CRM proficiency
* Familiarity with retail media networks, brand marketing, and understanding consumer needs (highly advantageous)
