Joining our Children’s Services Learning Event Support Team as a Learning and Development Support Assistant, you’ll support with the delivery of our training, events, and innovative learning and development projects.
What you'll do:
* Provide efficient training event administration, ensuring accuracy when creating events into the Learning Management System (LMS).
* Source and coordinate appropriate venues, equipment, and resources.
* Liaise with training providers and facilitators.
* Maintain booking and training data and create reports from electronic data sources.
* Ensure timely correspondence and respond to inquiries.
* Collate information for purchase orders and invoices.
