Job Description
We are recruiting a Chef De Partie for an exciting new project for an independently owned estate in the heart of the Cotswolds. The estate is set to open a new all-day dining café, restaurant & Deli in early April 2025, serving a variety of locally sourced, seasonal produce.
As Chef De Partie, you'll contribute to the effective running of the kitchen by leading a section, helping to ensure the exceptional standards and reputation.
The café will operate 7 days a week, offering both indoor and extensive outdoor dining options during the summer months.

The Person:
1. Previous experience as a Chef De Partie within busy fresh food restaurants or cafes.
2. Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
3. Availability to work 40-45 hours per week, mostly day shifts.
