Role Overview
* Management of commercial aspects for your dedicated sites across Yorkshire
* Monitor project costs through the life of the scheme and adhere to budgetary restraints, producing monthly costs and values
* Maintain accurate records and project costs
* Preparation, submission and agreement of monthly applications for payment
* Ensure cost control is maintained
* Administer contracts (NEC/JCT/Bespoke) efficiently
* Measure and value works carried out on-site with absolute perfection and detail
* Procurement, assessment, certification and reconciliation of sub-contractor applications
* Track changes to design and capture variations
* Review progress against programme
* Cost value reconciliation on schemes
* Assist in the tendering process
* Provide contract support to Contracts and Site Managers
* Report and upload valuation, final payment and accurate MOS value
Role Requirements
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field
Proven success as a Quantity Surveyor in the Civil Engineering sector with at least 5 years experience
Strong contractual knowledge (NEC/JCT)
Knowledge of cost control methodologies
Proficient in Microsoft packages with a strong focus on Excel

£45,000 – £50,000 per annum
25 days holiday (Increasing by 1 day per year of service)
