ARTEC-Boxer UK (AB-UK), formed in 2023, is the contracting Prime entity for the UK’s future Boxer programmes. Its purpose is to provide the British Army with support services and capability sustainment for the Boxer armoured transport vehicle in all its variant guises and drive exports. Position Purpose
The role of the Executive Assistant (EA) Governance is to provide administrative and secretarial support to the two Managing Directors of ARTEC-Boxer UK, ensuring the smooth running of the Company with regards to routine governance of the business including preparation of materials for routine Board Meetings, Shareholder Resolutions, Companies House returns, Audits, and liaison with external support providers. This role is crucial to ensure that reporting deadlines are met and will require close liaison and occasional sharing of duties with the Exec PA during periods of absence.
Position Responsibilities
* Acting as a point of contact for the MD’s, dealing with Company Governance correspondence
* Managing diaries and organising meetings for the MD’s regarding Governance matters
* Co-ordinating activities to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
* Liaising with external providers
* Organising both incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
* Preparing documents, including data slides and correspondence relating to Governance when required
* Managing relevant databases and filing systems

Experience & Educational Requirements:
* Educated to at least A level (or NVQ equivalent) is essential, with preference for English & languages
* At least 10 years of professional experience in a challenging Exec PA role - essential
* Experience of handling Governance matters in a complex company environment
* Experience of working across multiple sites - desirable
