Following sustained growth of our existing TNE collaborations and recent new partnership development, our vibrant International Partnerships team is growing. We are now seeking to appoint a dynamic and flexible International Partnerships Coordinator to support the maintenance and growth of our current TNE collaborations and development of new TNE partnerships aligned to the University's strategy.
Reporting to one of the International Partnership Project Managers, the role will deliver a high level of general administrative support to the University’s Services, Schools, and Transnational Education (TNE) partner network, providing a comprehensive and customer-focused service to all stakeholders. This role involves: daily liaison with our TNE partner network, focus on wide variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of partnerships (supporting Project Groups, annual monitoring, due-diligence, data-collection, etc.), supporting incoming partner visits and partner student events and liaison with colleagues in the Schools. The role will be based in the wider Recruitment and Partnerships team which sits in the External Relations service at the University: The Service comprises U.K. Recruitment and Partnerships, Communications and Events, International Recruitment, International Partnerships and Widening Participation.
Our International Partnerships team plays a critical role in supporting the University’s wider strategic priorities to establish the brand and profile of the University on an international basis, and also manages staff and student mobility and student international internships.
About you:
We're searching for a culturally aware candidate who has previous experience of working in an international office environment or international student context and is passionate about working across international boundaries, underpinned by an undergraduate degree. No two days and no TNE partners are the same and we are seeking someone who is adaptable and enjoys variety in their role.
You will have the confidence to support / liaise with colleagues from around the world and internal colleagues at all levels of the organisation. The successful candidate will be results and detail-orientated, all-round team player who is focused on providing a high-level of service to colleagues at the University and across our TNE networks.
