St Richards Emergency Department could be the place for you We are on the search for motivated Band 2 Emergency Nursing Assistants to work in our department and become embedded within our team. We strive to provide the best support and nurture for our staff, so they can be the best they can be, and provide safe quality care for our patients. Education is at the heart of our departmental ethos and you will be provided with a rigorous induction programme and support from our practice development sister, you will have access to in house study days and learning skills from Minors to Immediate Life Support. You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of different clinical settings. You will be given the opportunity to gain new skills. Ideally candidates should have acute hospital or equivalent front line experience and should be prepared to work a variety of shifts including internal rotation, weekends/ nights and bank holiday. We have a shift pattern of 11.5 hour days and nights.
