5Q are working with a fantastic estate agent in the beautiful area of Fetcham, Surrey. They are looking to expand their current lettings team with a lettings administrator. This is a client facing role and you will also be required to travel to properties and talk through the properties. Enthusiasm and excellent communication and strong admin skills are needed, along with an Attention to detail and working to tight deadlines. Letting’s experience is preferred but if you have an interest in a career in the industry this will also be considered. JOB SPECIFICATION The role will include: Dealing with Landlord and Tenants and all enquiries with a professional manner Arranging and carrying out viewings with prospective individuals Undertaking routine property inspections and assisting with property maintenance. Preparing Tenancy Agreements and other legal notices.
