5Q are working with a fantastic estate agent in the beautiful area of Fetcham, Surrey.
They are looking to expand their current lettings team with a lettings administrator.
This is a client-facing role and you will also be required to travel to properties and talk through the properties.
Enthusiasm, excellent communication, strong admin skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines are needed.
Lettings experience is preferred, but if you have an interest in a career in the industry, this will also be considered.

JOB SPECIFICATION
The role will include:
1. Dealing with Landlords and Tenants and all enquiries in a professional manner.
2. Arranging and carrying out viewings with prospective individuals.
3. Undertaking routine property inspections and assisting with property maintenance.
4. Preparing Tenancy Agreements and other legal notices.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Excellent communication skills.
2. High standard of service and the ability to go the extra mile.
3. Ability to work under pressure.
4. Strong IT skills.
5. A full driving licence and own car.
