What You will Do: Be the custodian of all employment contracts and people documentation, ensuring updates meet legal and organisational needs. Lead on the creation, review, and implementation of policies, manager guides, and associated documentation. Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations cases and tribunal preparation. Collaborate with People, Finance, and Legal teams to drive compliance and ensure seamless policy integration. Monitor and respond to employment legislation changes, providing timely updates and training to leadership and managers. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain best practices. Your Attributes You will bring: Proven experience in an HR/People role with a focus on employee relations. Expertise in employment legislation and policy development. Strong communication skills and the ability to advise and coach managers at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and a working knowledge of GDPR. A proactive approach to identifying changes and driving organisational alignment. You will have: Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. The ability to learn new policies and procedures quickly and efficiently. Excellent ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Skilled in fostering positive teamwork and contributing to shared goals. Proficient in building strong relationships and promoting team cohesion.
