Job Title: Graduate Future Teacher Programme Job Description We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Graduate Future Teacher Programme in North West England, specifically in Greater Manchester, Altrincham. This is a full-time contract position with a daily rate of £90 - £100. Job Duties: Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop teaching skills. Assist experienced teachers in planning and delivering lessons. Support students in their learning and development. Engage in classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment. Collaborate with colleagues and school staff to enhance the educational experience. Required Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for working with young learners. Ability to work well in a team environment. Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant discipline. Experience: Previous experience in a school setting or working with children is desirable but not essential. Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of educational principles and practises. Ability to adapt to different learning styles. Organisational skills and attention to detail. Working Conditions: The role involves working full-time hours in a school environment, collaborating with teaching staff and students to support learning and development.
