Care Coordinator
37 hours per week. This position is only available to female applicants.
This position is on a 5-month contract.
Due to the needs of the customers within this service, only female applicants can be considered for this vacancy.
Workers need to have the ability to work within the set rota patterns, which require x3 12-hour shifts (7am - 7pm, 8am - 8pm, 9am - 9pm) per week.
All CVs should be supported by two satisfactory references, current Enhanced Adults DBS disclosure, and Right to Work ID.

Based in Sunderland, our service provides support to females who require support 24 hours a day.
Position Overview:
This supported living service requires dynamic Care Coordinators with the ability to work in challenging environments. Care Coordinators will be motivated to engage customers in line with positive behavioral support to enable a positive outcome for the people we support and have the ability to carry out breakaway techniques to support individuals.
As a Care Coordinator, you will be working as part of a team, providing and promoting person-centered care and support, enabling individuals to make choices and have control over their daily lives.

Qualifications:
Experience is not always necessary; however, having current accredited training, for example, Safe Handling of Medication, Moving & Assisting, First Aid, etc., would be advantageous.
