We are looking for a
proactive and motivated UK Operations and Returns Assistant to join our team!
Reporting to the Global Head of Supply Chain & Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting our customers, and keeping everything running efficiently. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days are the same!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Order Management
1. Review and approve customer orders, ensuring all necessary details are accurate in our system.
2. Monitor and process order tickets promptly.
3. Work with our 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partners to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently.
4. Pack and process any office-based orders as needed.
5. Coordinate collections with transport providers, ensuring tracking details are recorded.
Returns Management
6. Process return requests accurately, ensuring all details are complete.
7. Track and action return tickets/enquiries promptly.
8. Follow up on overdue returns and liaise with customers as needed.
9. Ensure all returned items are checked, processed, and allocated correctly within the system.
Stock Control
10. Inspect incoming stock deliveries, checking for damages and confirming quantities.
11. Conduct monthly stock counts and maintain accurate records.
12. Organise and manage stock movements between locations when required.
Customer Care
13. Be the friendly first point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring a high standard of service.
14. Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and procedures to assist customers effectively.
15. Monitor and respond to customer queries via Info/Support tickets, live chat (Zendesk), and Amazon.
General Duties
16. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the business.
Requirements
17. Previous experience in operations, logistics, or customer service.
18. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
19. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
20. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
21. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with business operating systems.
22. Ability to quickly learn new software and adapt to process changes.
23. A proactive and customer-focused approach with a willingness to go the extra mile.
24. Experience using Zendesk or working with 3PL providers is a plus.

29. Salary up to £26,000
30. 25 days holiday (increase each year by 1 day on your anniversary)
