Key Responsibilities
* Assisting fee earners with residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
* Managing client communication via telephone, email, and in person.
* Handling administrative tasks such as file opening, document preparation, and updating case management systems.
* Conducting property searches and liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties.
* Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Working with minimal supervision to support the team effectively.
The Ideal Candidate
* At least 1 year of experience as a Conveyancing Assistant.
* Proficiency in Case Management Systems and strong IT skills.
* Previous client-facing experience, both over the phone and in person.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to manage workloads independently.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
