About the Role My Client is a market-leading qualifications provider with a strong national and some international presence, now they seek an International Development Manager to drive global growth. This organisation is passionate about empowering learners and making a positive impact in education. As the International Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding their global presence by identifying new opportunities, building international partnerships, and driving strategic initiatives to grow their footprint worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify and explore international opportunities Build and maintain relationships with global partners Lead contract negotiations and manage international projects Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Development and IT, to ensure project success Represent the organisation at international events and forums What We’re Looking For We are seeking a commercially driven, strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment. You should have: Proven experience in international business development or a similar role A strong understanding of global market trends and business practices Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills A willingness to travel frequently, including international trips with overnight stays Cultural awareness and the ability to build strong professional relationships A degree in international business or a related field is desirable but not essential.
