The Role:You’ll be responsible for planning and executing global marketing strategies—working in close collaboration with internal teams, international partners, label affiliates, and artist managers. From digital advertising to radio, press, streaming and beyond, you'll help drive the international success of some of the most exciting names in independent music.�? Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead international marketing campaigns tailored to local markets. Coordinate with digital agencies to run effective global ad strategies. Serve as the main point of contact for international stakeholders. Advise artists and managers on international release planning and timelines. Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and ensure KPIs are met. Support and guide junior members of the international team. ? Ideal Candidate: 3 years’ experience in a similar international marketing role within the music industry. Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, campaign planning, and global music trends. Skilled at building relationships across borders—with artists, managers, A&Rs and local teams. Organised, detail-driven, and confident managing multiple projects and deadlines. Budget management experience and a strategic, commercial mindset.
