Elite Associates have partnered with a rapidly growing fashion brand, who are seeking a Senior Garment Technologist to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead fit sessions, provide feedback on adjustments, and ensure garments meet quality standards.
* Create and maintain tech packs with garment specs, fabric details, and construction methods.
* Work closely with suppliers and factories to ensure technical standards are met and resolve any production issues.
* Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure garments meet timelines and specifications.
* Identify and implement improvements in fit, quality, and construction.
* Mentor junior team members and assist in training and problem-solving.
Requirements:
* 5+ years in garment technology with experience in womenswear.
* Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Experience with garment technology software (e.g., Lectra, Gerber).
* Degree in Fashion Technology or a related field preferred.
