Are you a problem-solver with a passion for IT? A large and successful organisation is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to provide hands-on IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the smooth operation of critical systems.
Responsibilities:
* Provide IT support to internal users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
* Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
* Assist with software and hardware installations, configurations, and maintenance.
* Monitor and maintain internal networks, servers, and IT systems for efficiency and security.
* Manage IT support requests via the company’s ticketing system.
* Set up and configure IT equipment for new employees.
* Perform upgrades, patches, and maintenance to ensure system stability.
* Provide user training and document technical procedures.
Skills/Experience
* Experience in an IT support role, with a solid understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software.
* Knowledge of Microsoft OS, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and cloud solutions.
* Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.
* Strong communication skills to support non-technical users.
* ITIL certification (or willingness to obtain).
* Understanding of IT security best practices.
