As a Technology Analyst, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and services. You'll provide hands-on support for a variety of devices, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with other teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze and resolve complex IT problems.
* Provide timely and effective end-user support.
* Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures.
* Adhere to client's policies, procedures, and standards.
* Train and guide end-users on IT systems.
* Manage the ticketing system, logging and tracking incidents.
* Escalate issues to appropriate teams or vendors.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in a similar role
* Knowledge of operating system support (Windows, macOS, mobile devices)
* Familiarity with common software applications
* Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VPNs, LAN/WAN, routers, firewall)
* Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware
* Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
* Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
Preferred:
* Strong service desk and customer support skills
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks
* Certifications (A+, MCSE, MCP, PDI+, ITIL)
