Salary £26,659 per annum dependent on experience
Real Life Options have an exciting opportunity within our Supported Living Service in Ilkeston for a Deputy Manager. The service opened in the spring of 2023 and consists of 12 independent living flats and 8 bungalows.
This is a great opportunity for any experienced Deputy Manager, Team Leader or Senior Support Worker who is looking for a new challenge to bring their knowledge, skills and experience to enhance the life of the people we support.
We’re keen to hear from individuals who has proven management experience in health, social services or independent sector including experience of people, financials and budget management, along with a working knowledge of legislation and standards affecting the development and delivery of our services. You will provide clear leadership and motivation to individuals and teams in developing best practice in person centred support and delivery and be able to evidence a person-centred approach to the people we support to achieve their agreed outcomes. This is a challenging but rewarding role and as such you will need to be flexible in your approach and willing to travel between services and attend organisational events which may require an overnight stay.
The role
We deliver creative, dynamic and person-centred services providing a range of individualised support to people living in shared supported living properties with individual tenancies.
You will report to the Registered Locality Manager for operational activity within the Derbyshire area. To ensure regulatory and contractual compliance requirements in your allocated services are met and exceeded whilst driving the continued development and delivery of cost-effective, innovative and truly person-centred support.
A full driving license is essential for this role.
An enhanced DBS will be required for this role.
CQF Level 4 or a willingness to undertake.
