About The Role

We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant Manager to join us and lead a team of customer service executives within our Savings division.
What you will do
1. Proactively support the growth of product knowledge within the Savings operational area, ensuring that the team delivers exceptional service to the customers at all times.
2. Keep abreast of key industry and regulatory changes to ensure that our processes and procedures remain compliant and fit for purpose, making recommendations to operational management to improve business practice and service delivery.
3. Support the team by sharing knowledge, experience, and best practice, providing constructive feedback and delivering performance development activities for your people.
4. Manage attendance levels within your team, ensuring company procedures are applied and support recruitment activity to fill manpower gaps while liaising with relevant areas as required.
