Amazon is looking for a French Language Analyst with at least 2+ years BPO experience in a large customer-oriented corporate environment for our B2B program. Amazon Business is one of Amazon’s most exciting growth opportunities. Since its launch in 2015, Amazon Business (AB) already has more than 2 million customers. This role will require for the successful candidate to:
1. Collect and analyze quantitative data
2. Answer queries, investigate and resolve issues and questions from customers through inbound calls and emails
3. Work efficiently with customers and provide world-class service
4. Analyze trends and suggest process improvements
5. Meet the set KRAs
6. Perform other projects and duties as required
7. Communicate results to business leaders with Finance, Accounting, Operations and Business Development teams.
Working Conditions:
1. Open office space on site
2. Report daily to the Pasay office
3. The team generally follows European time. However, you may be requested to work on shifting schedules including night shift, if business requires
4. Work during PH Holidays is required when business supported is operating
5. Overtime may be required on critical and peak periods
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Must be fluent in French and English
2. Must have a basic/intermediate knowledge in MS Excel
3. Prior experience of at least 2 years in similar BPO outfit or in Finance & Accounting role as an Analyst.
4. Knowledge on Outlook and Word or similar desktop applications.
5. Good Communications skills – Written & Verbal (both English and French)
6. Can work under pressure/ with deadlines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Preferably with a Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting as Major Subject.
2. Preferably has working knowledge on Oracle Financials or other Finance ERP tools.
3. Good Communications skills – Written & Verbal
4. Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Word or similar desktop application.
5. Flexible to work in shifts.
6. Exemplifies traits of being a team player.
7. Has good interpersonal skills, hardworking, flexible, responsive and detail oriented.
8. Can work under pressure/ with deadlines.
9. Critical mindset
10. With continuous improvement mindset
11. Advanced knowledge of Excel – including working with pivot & formulas
12. Strong reconciliation skills.
