* Use MRI Horizon & Meridian software to log tasks, generate reports, and monitor property management systems efficiently.
* Administer insurance claims and tenant applications, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution.
* Oversee the service charge budget process, including coding supplier invoices and managing annual reconciliations.
* Lead relationships with contractors and site-based staff to guarantee high standards of service across all managed properties.
* Collaborate with the wider national property management team, offering support and expertise across all instructions as needed.

To succeed in this role, you'll be a proactive, self-motivated professional with a passion for property management. You'll have:
* RICS qualified with a minimum of 2 years PQE and a degree in a related discipline.
* Experience in retail and shopping centre management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
* A solid understanding of commercial property and surveying procedures.
* Strong numerical and verbal skills, with the ability to prepare detailed reports and work with accountancy principles.
* Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high standards of service.
* Additional Information:
* This position will be based at the Bristol office, with occasional travel to sites and other offices as needed.
