Do you have a track record of providing high quality care? Are you a credible clinician looking for your next opportunity?
Our Future Leadership Structure will see our clinical teams working more closely with partners at place level alongside strengthening clinical and professional leadership. We are developing a clinical transformation programme alongside our partners to enhance the clinical outcomes our service users experience as well as continuing to improve experience of care.
Now that consultation for phase three has ended and initial appointment into roles has taken place, we are able to commence recruitment into a Matron to oversee the Crisis Pathway in East Suffolk. You will be responsible for the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team and The Mental Health Liaison Team.
The service offers a range of clinical interventions both in rural and urban areas. There is a strong MDT approach within the teams, and the role of the Matron will be to have oversight and support clinical governance, champion the role of the nurse, and ensure high quality care is provided. There are matrons within all our services, so you will have a strong peer network for development and support.
If you have a passion for improving quality of care, we would love to hear from you.
As Matron, you will work closely with the locality leadership team to ensure that high quality care is delivered within your services and will provide professional leadership to the nursing workforce.
You will promote a culture of learning and openness and ensure clinical staff have the knowledge, capability, systems, and support to deliver evidence-based care and embed lessons learned in practice for the improvement of patient experience.
We are looking to appoint individuals who have a passion for their work and a track record of achievement in influencing colleagues and partners to deliver high quality care. We want inspirational and compassionate leaders who will develop their teams to provide outstanding care.
If you have a reputation for leadership, people development, quality and improvement alongside a passion for improving outcomes with a focus on equity and inclusion to ensure that mental health provision has parity across our partners, then please do consider applying for one of these vital roles.
We are determined to create a safer, kinder, and better organisation.
Here at NSFT, we pride ourselves on being a welcoming, talented, friendly, and supportive team who like nothing better than sharing experiences and learning from each other. In addition to ongoing training and development opportunities, we are committed to providing an environment in which you can thrive.
Why work for us? We have challenges as a Trust, but we have ambitious aspirations, are pushing ahead with exciting transformation work, and we need dedicated individuals to support us on our journey. We have strong, established professional networks coupled with an exceptional leadership team who will ensure you are truly cared for and cared about.
