Our team in Shrewsbury are recruiting for 2 x Criminal Justice Recovery Workers, to join them in providing high quality recovery care to a diverse client group.
Main duties of the job
Our Recovery Workers work with our clients to help them to determine what their goals, ambitions and passions are, working with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and to get them back onto the path to recovery. This is an integral role for WithYou - you will manage an active caseload of clients, connecting quickly with the people we support, treating them respectfully and with dignity. Criminal Recovery Workers provide interventions for people who have involvement with the criminal justice system. The CJ Team works collaboratively with other services including probation & prison service. You will have experience of working in a health social care/substance misuse setting, working with complex clients.
